Turnil Construction, Inc. is a licensed San Mateo County general contractor handling custom homes, remodels, concrete, landscaping and everything structural in between, with our own crews.
At Turnil Construction, Inc. we build and renovate residential and commercial property across San Mateo County and the San Francisco Bay Area, from a kitchen remodel to a ground-up custom home.
Most jobs go sideways in the gaps between trades. We closed those gaps by keeping framing, concrete, roofing, landscaping and finish work in house, under one licensed contractor, with one schedule and one person you call. That is why clients keep bringing us the next project instead of starting over with somebody new.

We build with insulated concrete forms, a reinforced concrete core inside rigid insulation, producing structures that are exceptionally strong and highly resistant to fire.
